Mrs. Pamela M. Turner

17 th Year as a Trustee; Board Assistant Secretary 2004-present; Member of the Executive Committee, the Finance Committee, and the Strategic Plan Committee; Chairman, Mills Manufacturing Corp.; real estate developer; BS in Education from Northwestern University; Former educator; Spouse - Jim, President, Mills Manufacturing Company; Children – Robin (Asheville Country Day School graduate-1988) and Brian (Carolina Day School graduate-1992) and four grandchildren, including Harrison & Carson Oswald (CDS Grade 1); Honors – 1995-1996 & 2002-2003 Headmaster's Award, NSFRE Philanthropist of the Year, Health Adventure TAM Award, Lifetime Achievement (United Way), Riverlink Hall of Fame-2000; Community Service – member of the following boards: Mission Hospital, UNCA Board of Trustees, Health Adventure, Riverlink, Capital Bank Advisory Board; Interests – travel, reading, grandchildren.
