Mrs. Brenda G. Nash
Life Trustee; 21st Year as a Trustee; Member of the Board of Visitors; Graduate of Mars Hill College; Spouse Thomas E. Nash, Jr. (Tom); Children Four married children - Elizabeth, Catherine, Thomas (CDS Graduate 1991), and Rachel (CDS Graduate 1992) and ten grandchildren; Honors 19891990 Headmaster's Award; Community Service Salvation Army Others National Award Recipient, 2003 Recipient AFP Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser for Western North Carolina, Founder of Asheville Against Diabetes Research Grants, a Member of Mission Hospital Foundation Board, Co-Chaired Windows of Childhood (11 million dollar campaign), and a Member of Central United Methodist Church where she is an Adult Sunday School Teacher; Interests tennis, golf, and bridge.
